“How’s everything, “How was your meal” or “How are you doing?”: it’s usually one of these questions we all hear, usually just as we take our first bite.
It’s usually well-meaning, but it’s rarely the right moment to give honest feedback. You just want to enjoy your meal, you don’t want the anxiety of a potential confrontation.
And even when we do speak up, we’re not always sure it makes a difference and/or are not sure how it’s going to be received.
After the meal, we often move on. We don’t often feel strongly enough to share our thoughts publicly online.
That’s where BBI Surveys began: to find a better way to listen.
